01Parties and scope
Between Tagon Digital (RC 3529986) (“we”) and the client named in the signed proposal (“you”). Our contact address is 6 Kolawole Ashimi St, Gbagada, Lagos 100234, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact hello@tagondigital.com or +234 705 467 2308.
The engagement is the tier you buy and the modules it contains, named in the proposal: Website & Trust, Content Strategy & Creation, Visibility, Lead Follow-up, and Reporting & Accountability.
Anything outside your tier is a separately priced add-on or a tier upgrade. It is never absorbed into existing scope.
02Setup fee
The setup payment agreed in the signed proposal must clear before work begins. Any written instalment arrangement described below takes priority over a requirement to pay the entire setup fee at once.
| Tier | Setup (one-off) | Monthly retainer | Initial term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | ₦1,200,000 | ₦450,000 | 3 months |
| Growth | ₦3,500,000 | ₦1,500,000 | 3 months |
| Authority | ₦7,500,000 | ₦3,500,000 | 6 months |
Work begins after the setup payment due under the signed proposal has cleared.
Growth and Authority: the setup fee may be split 50/50 over two months, second half on delivery, by written agreement. No instalments on Essential.

11What we don’t guarantee
Not guaranteed: customer numbers, bookings, rankings for specific keywords, revenue or clinical outcomes. This is a stated term, not small print.
Customer decisions depend on clinical quality, price, location, reputation and competition, none of which we control. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and your ownership.
12Intellectual property
You own the domain, website, content, data and ad accounts.
We keep our methods, templates and internal systems. These aren’t transferred.
13Confidentiality
Both ways. We don’t disclose your commercial information; you don’t disclose our methods or pricing structure.
We never name a client or publish anything about an engagement without written permission.
14Compliance
Neither party publishes:
-
Clinical or outcome claims
-
Unsubstantiated superlatives or superiority claims

Guarantees of clinical outcomes, customer numbers, bookings or revenue
-
Patient imagery without documented consent

Testimonials that haven’t cleared NDPA, FCCPA s.126 prior written permission, and MDCN requirements
We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules. This right survives termination. If a client insists on an unlawful claim, we resign the account.
15Complaints and remedy
Write to your named account contact or hello@tagondigital.com with the specific deliverable and problem. We respond within one working day with a written remedy.
For a missed guarantee (section 10), the remedy is the one stated there.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost revenue or profit), or for clinical outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
