Can you guarantee more customers?
No, and any agency that says yes is lying. We guarantee delivery in 30 days, a report by the 5th, and that you own everything.
Can we start with one month?
Ninety days is the shortest window that means anything. The first 30 are the build.
Can we pay on results?
No. A performance bonus can sit on top of a retainer, never instead of one.
Already have someone doing marketing?
Ask them: how fast do you answer a WhatsApp enquiry, what did last month produce, when is the report due, and what would we own if we stopped? Clear answers to all four? You may not need us.
Before you choose
Custom applications and AI workflows need their own scope.
The published retainers do not automatically include a new health application, custom web app, full brand identity or bespoke AI automation. These projects are quoted separately. Your written proposal confirms what is included, what is extra and who is responsible for ongoing tool or hosting costs.
